BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Zachary S. McGee / Chairman of the Board: Zach is a co-founder of the Company and the non-executive Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Zach is Senior Vice President, Head of Business and Legal Affairs at Miramax, a leading worldwide film and television studio with a library of more than 700 motion pictures. Before joining Miramax, Zach was as a Vice President, Legal Affairs, with NBCUniversal, LLC, where he represented and counseled senior executives in both transactional and litigation matters arising from the development, production, exhibition and distribution of television programs. Prior to moving in-house, Zach was a securities and M&A litigator with Davis Polk & Wardwell, practicing in that firm’s New York and Menlo Park, California offices. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. Zach clerked for the Honorable Michael B. Mukasey, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is licensed to practice in New York and California.

Chris Cummings / Co-President & Member of the Board of Directors: Before co-founding the Company, Chris was a fourteen-year veteran of the feature film industry, working with directors such as Steven Spielberg, Robert Zemeckis, Tim Burton, Sam Mendes and the Coen Brothers, and many Oscar-winning cinematographers, editors, producers and stars. A partial list of his film credits include: Jarhead, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Big Fish, Road to Perdition, Cast Away, What Lies Beneath, True Lies and Speed. Through his consulting firm Insight EPK Chris has produced, directed and edited behind-the-scenes documentary content including HBO specials, Entertainment Tonight, the LA Times, NATO ShoWest, Comic-Con, Regal Theater trailers, and DVD extras. A partial list of feature film documentaries includes The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The New World, Inkheart, and the upcoming Leaves of Grass starring Edward Norton.

Jeff L. Williams / Co-President & Member of the Board of Directors: Before co-founding the Company, Jeff was an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer, having practiced with Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest regional law firms in the country, and Rake Downey, a boutique litigation firm specializing in complex commercial litigation trial work, both located in Phoenix, Arizona. Jeff subsequently began his career in entertainment, specializing in the production of educational content for the legal industry. Jeff graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky and cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Holly Dormeyer / General Manager: Holly joined the Company in national law firm sales in 2010. Holly was a corporate associate with Boies, Schiller and Flexner in New York before relocating to Phoenix, Arizona. She was most recently an associate with Clark Hill, where she practiced in the area of commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Holly is currently an adjunct instructor at Brookline College teaching paralegal classes to associate degree candidates. Holly graduated from Franklin Pierce College and Albany Law School. She is licensed to practice in New York and Arizona.
