This course provides an overview of the opportunities and challenges relating to public-private partnerships (P3) in construction. A P3 is an often overlooked option for government projects, although it can be a viable alternative for construction projects, especially on the financing front.

Matt has practiced law for over 10 years and has developed a business-minded approach to legal issues. He is very active in the legal profession and the community at large. He serves on the Executive Council of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association. In addition, he is actively involved with the local chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, the Arizona Builders’ Alliance, the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors Industry Advisory Council. Matt also gives of his time to numerous community causes, including the Arizona Town Hall.
