Belinda is a paralegal specializing in various types of litigation, estate planning/probate, and commercial real estate. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a BS in Sociology, and earned her AAS in Paralegal Studies from Phoenix College, an ABA approved program. She holds advanced certifications in incorporated business entities and contract administration from the National Association of Legal Assistants. Belinda worked for various law firms in the Phoenix, Arizona area for almost fifteen years, and is now a freelance paralegal providing assistance to attorneys throughout the country. In addition, she is adjunct instructor at James Madison University and Durham Tech Community College.

Holly has extensive experience as a corporate attorney, including working for Boies, Schiller and Flexner in New York, Clark Hill in Arizona and in-house at several tech companies in Arizona. Holly is currently an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and Grand Canyon University. She graduated from Franklin Pierce College and Albany Law School. Holly is licensed to practice in New York and Arizona.
