About Us

Zach is a co-founder of the Company and the non-executive Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Zach is the Senior Vice President, Business Affairs, for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, where he leads worldwide business affairs for Sony’s home entertainment division. Prior to joining Sony, Zach was the Senior Vice President, Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Miramax, the independent film and television studio. Before Miramax, Zach was a Vice President, Legal Affairs, with NBCUniversal, LLC, where he represented and counseled senior executives in matters arising from the development, production, exhibition and distribution of television programs. Prior to moving in-house, Zach was a securities and M&A litigator with Davis Polk, practicing in that firm’s New York and Menlo Park, California offices. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. Zach clerked for the Honorable Michael B. Mukasey, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is licensed to practice in New York and California. He also holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Before co-founding the Company, Chris was a fourteen-year veteran of the feature film industry, working with directors such as Steven Spielberg, Robert Zemeckis, Tim Burton, Sam Mendes and the Coen Brothers, and many Oscar-winning cinematographers, editors, producers and stars. A partial list of his film credits include: Jarhead, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Big Fish, Road to Perdition, Cast Away, What Lies Beneath, True Lies, Speed and Waterworld. Through his consulting firm Insight EPK Chris has produced, directed and edited behind-the-scenes documentary content including HBO specials, Entertainment Tonight, the LA Times, NATO ShoWest, Comic-Con, Regal Theater trailers, and DVD extras. Chris has also produced commercial projects and campaigns for clients such as Rolls Royce, TUMI, Johnson & Johnson and Vogue.

Before co-founding the Company, Jeff was an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer, having practiced with Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest regional law firms in the country, and Rake Downey, a boutique litigation firm specializing in complex commercial litigation trial work, both located in Phoenix, Arizona. Jeff subsequently began his career in entertainment, specializing in the production of educational content for the legal industry. Jeff graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky and cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Kevin's eighteen years of production experience has included working for companies such as NBC, DIRECTV and the UFC. A producer, director and editor, Kevin has helped create reality-style promotions for the Olympics, commercials for Pepsi, Subaru, Royal Caribbean, Tropicana and Adidas.
